How to reach us once VidiPOS is running at your venue.
- Email and ticket any timeWrite to office@vidipos.com or open a ticket in the back office. We handle it during support hours; outside office hours there is no support.
- Response by severityTill down: within 2 support hours, essential function restricted: 4, everything else: 8. Support hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am–12 pm and 1–6 pm.
- Phone support during office hours0731 25089010 – included with VidiPOS Gastro and Bar; with the counter till we help by email.
- Personal onboardingIn a video session we set up the till, menu and printers together with you – €99 net one-off. Setting up yourself is free.
