Quick till at the counter, no floor plan
Till = business: A till is your business or location with its own TSE. Your tablets and phones are devices – Gastro and Bar include three, each additional one costs €19.90 net a month; the counter till has one device. What is a till, what is a device?
Cloud TSE, fiscal compliance & digital receipt: €199 net plus VAT per till and year, paid in advance, as its own line on the invoice: signature via the cloud TSE, DSFinV-K export, fiscal archive, receipts with verification QR, preparing the Kassenmeldung – the mandatory building blocks under the KassenSichV in one line. Plus the digital receipt (receipt page and PDF) and receipts by email; no service fee.
More devices: VidiPOS Gastro and Bar include 3 devices; each additional one costs €19.90 net plus VAT a month and can be cancelled monthly. The counter till has exactly one device.
Term: 12 months, or 24 months with the software paid in advance – then two months are free. No setup fee. You can move up to a higher plan at any time; a smaller plan applies from the next term. Your data is kept. You can add or remove extra devices monthly.
Fixed price: Fixed price for your booked term (12 or 24 months); for the renewal you receive our offer three months beforehand.
Support included: Help centre, support ticket and email on every plan, phone on Gastro and Bar. Response by severity within 2, 4 or 8 support hours (Mon–Fri 9 am–12 pm and 1–6 pm).
No strings attached: Our prices come without conditions: no obligation to process card payments through us, no service fee. Gastro and Bar: 3 devices included, each additional one €19.90 net a month, cancellable monthly. Counter till: exactly 1 device. All prices net plus VAT.

No. You pay per till, that is per business or location with its own TSE. VidiPOS Gastro and Bar include three devices, each additional one costs €19.90 net plus VAT a month; the counter till has one device. Only a second till at the same location, with its own TSE and closing, costs the full price again.
No. VidiPOS uses the cloud TSE from fiskaly – no USB stick, no hardware TSE. Cloud TSE, fiscal compliance & digital receipt appears as its own line on your invoice: €199 net plus VAT per till and year, paid in advance.
Electronic tills must be registered with the tax office (§ 146a para. 4 AO). VidiPOS compiles the details from your master data; with them you report yourself free of charge via Mein ELSTER – using our report data sheet and a step-by-step guide. Submission by VidiPOS is available on request.
The DSFinV-K is the data format that tax inspectors require for till inspections (Kassennachschau) and tax audits. You export it in the back office for any period you choose.
You keep taking orders and cash payments on the main till device; the receipt printer on the local network keeps printing. Receipts carry an outage note. As soon as the connection is back, VidiPOS syncs everything automatically.
The plans run for 12 months – or 24 months if you pay for the software in advance; then two months are free. The term starts when the TSE is put into service, at the latest 30 days after booking. It then renews for 12 months each time with monthly payment, 24 months in advance only on request. You can cancel one month before the end by email or in the back office. The booked plan applies for the term, extra devices stay flexible monthly. You can export your till data as DSFinV-K and DATEV at any time.
