DSFinV-K export and DATEV for your tax adviser Data for your tax adviser.
No retyping.

At month end your tax adviser wants your till data, and in an audit the tax office does. VidiPOS has the right formats ready: DSFinV-K and TSE export for audits, a DATEV booking batch for bookkeeping and CSV files for anything you want to analyse yourself. You download everything in the back office.

DSFinV-K export

The DSFinV-K is the data format that the tax authorities require for a Kassennachschau (till inspection) and external audits. VidiPOS creates the export as a ZIP file for each till, automatically every month as soon as all closings of the month have been processed by fiskaly. For a period of your own, for example for your tax adviser, you request an export in the back office – up to twelve months at once.

Every export lands in the fiscal archive, with a checksum and retained for ten years. If a month is missing for a till, the archive shows you.

TSE export

Besides the DSFinV-K there is the TSE export: the TSE’s signed logs as a TAR file. VidiPOS downloads it from fiskaly automatically every month and stores it in the fiscal archive, and also when a TSE is replaced. VidiPOS catches up on missed months by itself, and every file is checked for its format before it is stored.

DATEV booking batch

From the daily sales, VidiPOS creates a DATEV booking batch in the EXTF format, which DATEV reads in directly. One batch covers all tills, with a group of bookings for each business day and till. Only closed days count, and training bookings never appear. All bookings go through the cash account:

  • Revenue per account and tax rate, with the cost centre of the product group
  • Card payments including tips to the cash in transit account
  • Staff tips to the tips account
  • Vouchers to the voucher liability, deducted deposits to deposits received
  • Cash movements to the account of their booking type

Preview with balance check

Before the download, a preview calculates all bookings and shows the totals per contra account. For each day it checks whether the balance of the cash bookings matches the change in cash. If an account is missing or something is off, it names the case, till and day and blocks the download. So nothing gets silently booked wrong.

You enter the accounts in the back office, along with the chart of accounts SKR03 or SKR04 and the adviser and client numbers. The defaults are suggestions: agree the accounts with your tax adviser before you hand over the first batch.

CSV files

For Excel or your tax adviser, you download CSV files with semicolons and German number format. Journal, receipts, payments and items contain only closed business days; if a day in the period is still open, the page tells you. These areas are available:

  • Journal: one transaction per row with receipt number, operator, tax per rate and TSE status
  • Receipts with items: one row per item with discount share and tax rate
  • Payments
  • Z reports with expected cash, actual cash and difference
  • Cash book
  • Items and sales per product group

Reports in the back office

Not every question needs a file. In the back office you analyse a period by product group, item, operator, payment method, till and hour, plus discounts, reversals and tips. The totals match the Z reports of the days. You can also download Z reports and the cash book as a PDF for filing.

Auditor package and sample export

If an audit comes, the auditor package gathers everything in one ZIP file: DSFinV-K and TSE exports, CSV files per month, Z reports as PDF and a table of contents with a checksum for each file. You choose the period and till, VidiPOS creates the package in the background, and the auditor downloads it via a time-limited link.
